Premier group of institution has taken its birth from (OISD) (from 1996), a Charitable Trust, established and promoted by eminent educationists and professionals. PREMIER School of Nursing has been running since 2005 with the due permission from Govt. of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha Nursing Council,
